* "Through No Choice of Your Own": This act takes place immediately after the previous act.
* "[[Journey Through Memory Lane]]", "Let Er' R.I.P.", "Theft and Battery" and (possibly) "[[Alternate Reality Show]]": All of the rest of the MePhones (other than 4 and 3GS) were destroyed, leaving Cobs confused.
* "Hatching the Plan": The Light Shimmers return again and they all references the time they abducted Fan.
* "[[Inanimate Smackdown]]": A piano appears next to Paper, similar to the time the piano defeated [[Evil Paper]].
* "[[You Can't Do This Forever]]": For all of Springy's appearances, she glitches out. In "Objects in Mirror", she glitches so much that she (probably) was gone in mere seconds.
* "Kick the Bucket": The same tentacles appear and try to get Suitcase. Moments later, it is revealed that the tentacles are the reason why Box became a completely inanimate corpse.
* "Mazed and Confused": The maze of leaves appear, after years of their absence.
* "[[4Seeing the Future]]" and "Journey Through Memory Lane": When MePhone4S appears, he references the phrase from the moment he initially killed MePhone4.
* "Journey Through Memory Lane": The Talking Hand reappears, which is still inside MePhone4's hand, similarly in the way it first appeared.
* "Truth or Flare": MePad still has the InvisiBow that Test Tube invented and Taco gave to her.
* "[[The Shame of Your Name]]": The Pic-Nix tables reappear inside MeAfterlife.
* "[[A New Stage In The Game]]": The failed debuters from the first season reappears and are permanently deleted by the Impossible Race.

* "[[Spring on the Breakfast!]]": The references end with the direct mention of Springy and her commercial song, even though none of the Spoiled Lemon were apart of ''Inanimate Insanity Invitational''.
