Roblox is an online game creation and multiplayer platform currently owned by Roblox Corporation, and created by David Baszucki and late Erik Cassel. It is more famous for the long history of updates as well as the games in there, which includes object show ones. It is also one of the last remaining well made websites for children (like Club Penguin) still standing, while a husk of it's former self.

History

On June 19, 1989, Canadian-American graduate of Stanford University David Baszucki, alongside his brother Gregory, created and released the first version of a simulation application called Interactive Physics and founded the Knowledge Revolution company in 1990, which David quickly became the CEO. Erik Cassel later joined the team as a later co-founder.

After the company was bought by MSC Software in December 1998, Baszucki and Cassel went on to found eBlocks, then GoBlocks and Dynablocks, before settling to ROBLOX. Mock ups of these websites, which nothing had been done in the domains (which, besides eBlocks, now redirect to the Roblox website), were shown at Bloxcon 2013. The company Roblox Corporation was founded on March 23, 2004 and then trademarked on March 29. June 30 was when the first Roblox user ever, Admin, was created, then banned. Currently, his ID is now held by a Roblox user creatively named Roblox.
