2010 was the year where it all began.

January

• 1 – Battle for Dream Island, the very first object show, premieres on YouTube under the episode "Take the Plunge". It is generally considered to be the birth of the Object Show Community.
• 4 – jaysillyboy gains a tribute by jacknjellify (by the Huang twins) for being the first to vote in BFDI.

February

• 1 – "Barriers and Pitfalls" is premiered as the second episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.

March

• 1 – "Are You Smarter Than a Snowball?" is premiered as the third episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.

April

• 1 – "Sweet Tooth" is premiered as the fourth episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.

May

• 1 – "Bridge Crossing" is premiered as the fifth episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.

June

• 1 – "Power of Three" is premiered as the sixth episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.

July

• 1 – "Puzzling Mysteries" is premiered as the seventh episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.

August

• 1 – "Cycle of Life" is premiered as the eighth episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.

September

• 1 – "Insectophobe's Nightmare" is premiered as the ninth episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island. This episode starts using new BFDI assets.

October

• 1 – "Crybaby!" is premiered as the tenth episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.

November

• 1 – "Lofty" is premiered as the eleventh episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.

December

• 1 – "A Leg Up in the Race" is premiered as the twelfth episode of the first season of Battle for Dream Island.
• 9 – Total Fruit Island premieres on YouTube under the episode "Race Up Death Mountain". The episode is however lost.
• 25 – "Stuck Between Walls" is premiered as the second and last episode of Total Fruit Island before being canceled. It is completely lost.
