Firey is a Goikian male contestant of Battle for Dream Island and the winner of its first season, gaining Dream Island in the process. He was first eliminated in "Meaty" in Battle for Dream Island Again and will appear in IDFB. He was last eliminated during Battle for BFB's "The Tweested Temple". Since BFB, he has been, for a while, with Leafy on the so called Dreamier Island.

Creation and development

Firey was created to be the central main character (and sometimes titular) of the Pre-BFDI comics from 2008 to 2009. His first appearance in "FIREY to keep our customers happy" shows that as he is the first character to appear on the paper. This is often considered as the first character to be created in the Object Show Community.

History

Battle for Dream Island

Battle for Dream Island

Firey first appears arguing with Coiny, calling him dumb, and ends up being slapped by him. Golf Ball intervenes to stop. Shortly after the official beginning of the competition for Dream Island, he is brought to the Balance beam before being pushed off by Flower to the Goiky Canal, extinguishing him. He might have been recovered between the two parts.

IDFB

At some point between the end of BFDIA and IDFB, it seems that FreeSmart had jailed him up on the Needy Tower. According to Book, this was punishment.

Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two

After the events of BFB, Firey and Leafy reached to an island they later called "Dreamier Island". On the day of arrival, they spotted Pin in the sky.

During the very beginning of the Great Goikian Storm, they finished their cottages at the island, only for the storm to hit the area. In the aftermath, Firey finds out that Leafy was missing. In reality, One had taken her.

Sometime after The Shift, 8-Ball was found hidden in the sand by Firey himself. Both appear to rebuilt the boat that was destroyed. During the event, before this, Firey was replaced by Income Tax Return Document in the timeline by taking him off his place in TFI. Every appearance Firey had before the Shift was replaced by ITRD "the bastard".

Firey's Candy Bar Adventure

From the known information, Firey encounters a Himshey's bar of chocolate and tries to open it by biting it or his weak strength. Unable to do so, he attempted to climb the mountains if he could find something, yet he failed, only provoking a massive rock to fall.

Characteristics

Appearance

Firey has the colors of mainly orange peel as it is the outer layer. In his inner layer, it is mostly tangerine yellow and his outline is dark goldenrod. Like most objects, his limbs and face are black.

Weaknesses

Of his weaknesses, he is a literal fire, meaning that he could be extinguished through water, making him unable to cry or having temporal sweat.

Firey appears to also have acrophobia, the fear of heights, which means that he could literally scream and high altitude or long gaps.

Behavior

One Night at Firey's

He is portrayed as the titular enemy in One Night at Firey's. He will start at CAM 1 and he will then progress to CAM 3. He enters the vents through CAM 7 and can be avoided through pressing the yellow button near the vent which scares him through the flash. Failing to do so will result in a jumpscare.

BFDI: Branches

Firey appears as one of the playable characters in BFDI: Branches, nicknamed "The Good Runner" as the fastest of the team. He has no ability when pressing W.
