The Goikian time paradox shift was the calamity taking place on the Battle for Dream Island space timeline caused by One's plans with the last remaining Yoylelite. Before that, it was the same Yoylelite that was originally used by Tennis Ball to revert Fries' Bioluminescent appearance but thanks to Nickel's actions caused them to travel back in the future and past and eventually leaving the Yoylelite to the present.
It began with the BFDIA contest for the contestants to revert to their original forms. With the effects as a Bioluminescent object, Tennis Ball by looking at the effects caused by the Yoylelite in Fries, he noticed that with the Yoylelite, he could revert him back to his original form. With Tennis Ball's Yoylelite machine, Nickel and TB accidentally traveled back in time with the missing chunk of Nickel's coinself and didn't made any changes except for the velocity reaction to the explosion, destroying most of the Yoylelites from the Yoylelite Mines, and leaving one to 2025, ten years after 2015.[1]
Due to One's crusade for The Power of Two, they decided that her best move was to trick the failed debuters to get the Yoylelite to cause several anomalies across the timeline. As a result, many changes were made due to this, mainly the hosts. The teams, Death P.A.C.T. Yet Again, Team 2, CloudYay and "BAGGED" had to get back to the past to revert this, but because of Pencil's actions in CloudYay back in the end of the first season, nearly caused the end of the universe.[2]
Meanwhile, Gaty, just before the event, was taken by One herself into her pocket dimension and insisted to sign a contract to revert it or if she didn't, they would have easily ended everything. In the end as a last second decision, Gaty signed the deal and ended the chaos. It left Team 2 and Death P.A.C.T. Yet Again up for elimination.[2]
Development[edit | edit source]
The shift was the main theme for Battle for Dream Island's 15th anniversary containing the voices of many famous celebrities, including Matt Chapman, forrestfire101, Gooseworx, jacksfilms and other minor people.

Prelude[edit | edit source]
One of a kind Yoylelite from space was taken by FreeSmart shortly before the challenge began. Tennis Ball, who was fascinated by the energy of the Yoylelite, made Gelatin and Firey sneak into the enemy team to get that rock and give it to Tennis Ball before they were eliminated.[3] This mission ended up in failure as both were eliminated.[4][5]

Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two[edit | edit source]
Prelude[edit | edit source]
One had begun her crusade for The Power of Two, the ultimate prize for the fifth season of the show. Her motivation for this is still unknown but she began shortly after the Goikian zombie apocalypse where a crack on the Moon caused by Lightning during her elimination fell down.[6][7] One had used deals to trick the contestants to receiving something back from them but for some cases, she sends them to the Equation Playground like the case for Needle and Barf Bag.[8]
